DEPOSIT & BALANCE DUE
Prior to 30 days from your arrival, a 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. For reservations less than 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount is due to reserve your use of the Trestle House.
PLEASE NOTE: Any outstanding balances are due on or before the 1st day of the month prior to your arrive at the Trestle House. Not making a final payment by this due date may result in cancellation of your reservation and and could also prevent the return of your prior deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSITS Beside payment of the rental amount, a security deposit of $400 is required before arrival. This is refundable after the unit is inspected and no damage is found.
Any deposits not received in a timely manner may prevent the reservation of Trestle House for your use.
Cancellations before 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. There will be no refunds after 60 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No refunds will be give for weather related problems or road conditions.
ARRIVAL & LATE ARRIVALS
Please get your key at Beaver Village Lodge which is the first building on your right as you are coming into the town of Winter Park from the Ski Area.
Early check-ins or late check-outs must be pre-arranged and authorized in writing or via email. Extensions can be arranged if possible but cannot be guaranteed. All keys must be either returned to the front desk at Beaver Village Lodge upon check out of stuffed under the owners closet door
Check in after 4:00 p.m. (If you arrive earlier than 4:00 p.m. there is no guarantee the unit will be ready)
CHECK OUT: You must depart from your unit by 11:00 a.m. or earlier on the day your reservation ends. Extensions can be arranged if possible but cannot always be guaranteed. All keys must be either returned to the Beaver Village Frontdesk upon check out or can be stuffed under the owners closet door on the 1st floor
NO PETS ALLOWED: This rule is strictly enforced and if disregarded you may be subject to fines! If you need to board your pet, our office can help make arrangements to do so.
